The client can get the data.

All that is needed is a way to export it to a file like Skill Templates, and then let people use the data in the file.

There's also a guildspace.net and a guildspace.org which are meant to help guilds/clans with organization + numerous other free hosting that you can use. :]

That is useless, you must input the data manually. There are hundreds of quests, more than a thousands skills.

That is not the same, and I don't want that. I want a way to export the data, not a way to spend hours checking things.
